English speaking Sunday service held at the Kuopio Cathedral on 4.10. Service shall start 16:00 o’clock. After the service, there is coffee served at the Old Rectory near the church. Address is Kuninkaankatu 12. Everyone is welcome to join us there.
Service is held once a month at the cathedral and the liturgy and music is on English. Liturgy is led by priest of international work, pastor Jouni Kovanen. Basis of the liturgy is Lutheran Sunday service. Everyone are welcome regardless of their background or denomination.
Please note that if you want to take part of communion during the service, members the Porvoo communion agreement can freely to do so. If members of the churches want to take part of our communion, but it is under their on consideration. You denomination or stance for our church is never asked during the service and everyone is welcome to be part of the service.
